Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellation
An eligible subscription may be cancelled through the Customer Portal. Unless mandatory law or the purchase disclosure requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and the subscription does not renew.
One-time services
Private Listing and Featured Placement are time-limited digital services. The service begins when the user requests activation after Checkout and the entitlement is made available. Any cooling-off, cancellation or refund right required by mandatory consumer or electronic-commerce law remains available. Where law permits a proportionate charge for service already supplied at the consumer request, SWD applies it only to the extent permitted and disclosed.
Refund eligibility
SWD will correct duplicate, unauthorised or incorrectly processed charges and will honour refund rights required by applicable law. In addition to mandatory rights, SWD may approve a full or partial refund for a duplicate charge, material billing error, verified unauthorised charge, or material failure to provide the purchased platform service. Requests should be made promptly after discovery so evidence can be preserved. Discretionary approval depends on the service delivered, the reason for the request, fraud controls and any non-excludable right.
Moderation rejection, capability suspension and service failure are assessed against the reason, service delivered and mandatory consumer rights. A user is not automatically entitled to a refund for content removed because of their fraud, unlawful conduct or material breach, subject to non-excludable rights.
Request process
Send the account email, invoice or receipt reference, charge date, product and reason to ops@swdrealestate.com. Do not send complete card details. SWD may verify identity and request information reasonably needed to prevent fraud.
Refund creation requires a separate authorised approver from the billing administrator. Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe for the original payment method. Bank and card-network timing is outside SWD's direct control.
Effect of refund
A full refund may end the corresponding entitlement. A partial refund adjusts the entitlement only as disclosed in the approved decision. Refund evidence is retained for accounting, fraud, dispute and legal purposes.
Statutory rights
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory right to cancel, obtain a refund, receive proper performance, challenge an unauthorised payment or seek another remedy under applicable consumer or electronic-commerce law.
