Commitment and target

SWD aims to make its web platform usable by people with disabilities and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the complete launch scope. Automated checks supplement human evaluation and assistive-technology review.

Measures

Measures include semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, form labels and error identification, status announcements, colour contrast, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, zoom and text-spacing review, cross-browser testing and accessible support routes.

Feedback and assistance

Contact accessibility@swdrealestate.com with the page, task, browser or assistive technology, barrier and preferred response method. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

SWD targets acknowledgement within two business days, a response to critical access barriers within five business days, and a response or remediation plan for other barriers within thirty days. These are service targets, not a waiver of legal rights.

SWD will provide a reasonable alternative method where practical while a barrier is investigated. Accessibility matters are owned through accessibility@swdrealestate.com, with operational backup through ops@swdrealestate.com.

Evaluation status

The launch release uses the controlled full-site accessibility evaluation evidence maintained with the release record and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement does not claim third-party certification beyond the evidence recorded for the released build. Known limitations and remediation commitments are tracked in the release accessibility evidence and remediation register; a material newly discovered barrier is triaged and remediated according to severity rather than being concealed from users.

Escalation

If the initial response does not resolve the issue, reply to the case and request escalation. Users retain every complaint, equality, consumer or court route available under applicable law; using SWD support is not a waiver or prerequisite where the law provides a direct external route.
