Billing and Subscription Terms

Merchant and payment provider

Smith International Partners LLC, a United States company at 3975 Lyndhurst Dr, Fairfax, VA 22031, United States, is the merchant for the SWD fees covered by these terms. Stripe processes payment details in an embedded component on the SWD site. SWD does not receive complete card details.

Before confirmation, Checkout displays the selected product, ZAR amount, merchant, applicable tax presentation and total. Users must review that information before paying.

Products and prices

The controlled catalogue currently proposes Private Listing at ZAR 299 for 60 days, Featured Placement at ZAR 199 for 14 days, Professional at ZAR 699 monthly or ZAR 6,990 annually, Agency at ZAR 1,999 monthly or ZAR 19,990 annually, and Developer at ZAR 3,999 monthly or ZAR 39,990 annually. Only the exact price shown in Checkout and bound to the approved catalogue version is chargeable.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically for the displayed interval until cancelled. The user authorises Stripe and the merchant to charge the selected payment method for each renewal. Checkout and the Customer Portal disclose the renewal interval and current price. SWD will provide any renewal or price-change notice required by applicable law. A failed renewal may be retried by the payment provider and may place the unpaid entitlement into a limited grace period or suspension; no new charge is created outside the authorised billing terms.

Users can manage an eligible subscription and payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal opened from SWD. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law or the displayed terms require another result.

One-time services

Private Listing and Featured Placement are time-limited one-time services. Their service period begins when the entitlement is successfully activated, subject to moderation and capability availability.

Tax, invoices and records

SW Real Estate records VAT/TIN 105989134. The approved merchant is Smith International Partners LLC. Checkout and the invoice must show the tax actually charged for the transaction. The SW Real Estate VAT/TIN must not be represented as a South African VAT registration number unless that registration has separately been confirmed in the controlled tax record. South African VAT registration and charging are monitored against the applicable SARS rules.. Stripe Tax configuration does not itself determine legal registration duties. Invoices and receipts identify the approved merchant and transaction details and are retained under the approved accounting schedule.

Failed, disputed and reversed payments

A failed or reversed payment may prevent entitlement activation or suspend the unpaid capability. Users should contact support before initiating an avoidable chargeback. Nothing limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect charge.

Cancellation and refunds

The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through a separated request and approval process. SWD does not provide cash, wallet or third-party payout alternatives.
