Professional, Agency and Developer Terms

Scope

These terms supplement the Platform Terms for verified individual professionals, agencies, property managers and developers using paid organisation plans.

Authority and compliance

The organisation warrants that it is validly constituted, that the accepting representative has authority, and that every user, listing and communication complies with applicable property, consumer, advertising, privacy, employment and anti-fraud duties.

A professional or organisation may use practitioner-facing functions only while it holds every registration, certificate, mandate and authority required for the relevant role and market. Required practitioner identity, capacity, fee, conflict and property disclosures must remain accurate and current. SWD may suspend practitioner-facing functions when evidence expires or cannot be verified.

The organisation must keep registration, licence, Fidelity Fund certificate, mandate and representative information current where applicable. SWD verification does not transfer the organisation's duties to SWD.

Seats and access

The organisation administrator assigns seats and roles and is responsible for timely removal, least privilege and activity within its workspace. Accounts may not be shared. Billing administration and refund approval must remain separated where SWD exposes those roles.

Plan limits

Professional, Agency and Developer plans have the listing, seat and duration limits shown before purchase and in the active catalogue. Limits are organisation-specific, cannot be pooled without approval and may not be evaded through duplicate accounts.

Content and communications

The organisation is responsible for its listings, staff activity, leads, responses, records and lawful communications. It must preserve mandates and legally required transaction records and must respond promptly to moderation, safety, privacy and consumer requests.

Suspension and termination

SWD may suspend affected capabilities for expired authority, legal risk, abuse, non-payment, security events or material breach. Suspension does not erase accrued charges, preservation duties or rights that survive termination.

Fees

Fees, renewals, cancellations, invoices and refunds follow the Billing and Subscription Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy. The organisation is responsible for approved taxes and for maintaining accurate billing details.
