Copyright Takedown Policy
Reporting infringement
A rights holder or authorised agent may send a notice to ralston@tigerafrica.com identifying the protected work, the specific SWD material and URL, the basis of ownership or authority, contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement that the information is accurate.
Do not include unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information. A knowingly false notice may cause harm and legal consequences.
Review and action
SWD may request clarification, preserve evidence, restrict or remove material, and notify the submitting user. Removal is not a final determination of ownership or infringement.
Response by the submitting user
A user who believes material was removed by mistake may send a response identifying the material, explaining the lawful basis for use, providing contact details and consenting to the approved dispute process. SWD reviews a substantiated response, gives the relevant parties a reasonable opportunity to provide supporting information, and may restore material when the original restriction is no longer justified. Material remains restricted where a rights holder establishes an ongoing legal basis for restriction or where another safety, privacy, fraud or legal duty requires it.
Repeat abuse
SWD may suspend users who repeatedly infringe rights or repeatedly misuse the notice process, considering context, substantiation and applicable law.
Other rights
Trademark, privacy, defamation, fraud and safety complaints should use the appropriate support or reporting channel at ops@swdrealestate.com.
