Essential storage

SWD may use cookies or equivalent storage strictly necessary for security, authentication, session continuity, preference preservation, consent state, load balancing and fraud prevention. Blocking essential storage may prevent protected features from working.

Optional analytics

Non-essential analytics remains disabled unless an approved provider, defined purpose, limited data set and retention period are recorded in the production configuration and the user has made the required optional consent choice. Non-essential analytics is disabled until the user makes an optional consent choice through the approved interface. Consent is separate from account creation, contractual acceptance and privacy-notice acknowledgement.

Controls

Users can change optional choices through the privacy or consent controls exposed in the SWD account or site interface and may also use browser controls. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed.

Do Not Track and similar signals

Where an applicable law requires recognition of a supported browser privacy signal for non-essential processing, SWD will honour that signal through the approved consent controls. Essential security, authentication and fraud-prevention storage is not disabled by an optional analytics signal.
