Acceptable Use Rules

Required conduct

Use SWD lawfully, honestly and only through authorised accounts and interfaces. Respect privacy, intellectual property, property rights, consumer rights and the safety of other people.

Prohibited activity

• False identity, authority, registration, mandate, listing, price, availability or property information
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or deceptive payment activity
• Requests to send rent, deposits, purchase funds, trust money or cryptocurrency through SWD
• Discrimination, harassment, threats, stalking, exploitation or unsafe viewing conduct
• Unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or privacy-invasive content
• Malware, credential theft, security testing without written authority, scraping, denial of service or control bypass
• Manipulation of reviews, ranking, leads, offers, entitlements, subscriptions or billing evidence
• Sharing accounts, bypassing organisation limits or accessing another tenant's information
• Using personal information for unrelated marketing, profiling or data brokerage
• Interfering with moderation, audit, retention, investigation or legal-preservation controls

Enforcement

SWD may rate-limit, quarantine, reject, unpublish, suspend, preserve evidence or terminate access proportionately to risk. Urgent safety, fraud and security action may occur without advance notice. Where appropriate, a user may ask support to review a decision.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse through the in-product control or ops@swdrealestate.com. Do not use the report channel for emergencies; contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
